Shabbat Gatherings
Celebrate Shabbat around Greater Philadelphia with your family, friends and community. Jewish organizations and groups, schools, congregations, and individuals are encouraged to come together for Shabbat Gatherings in honor of Israel 75. We have opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
You can participate in one of the following three ways:
- Attend a Community Shabbat Experience
- Join a Young Adult Shabbat Gathering
- Host a Private Shabbat Gathering
We also welcome our community to use our resource guide for creating welcoming and inclusive Shabbat experiences.
Attend a Community Shabbat Experience
Join your community for a Shabbat experience across Greater Philadelphia! Hosted by our local organizations and synagogues, these events are in collaboration with the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia’s neighborhood Kehillot.

Join a Young Adult Shabbat Gathering
For young adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s
Enjoy a memorable night of connection, schmoozing and delicious food with your peers. Choose a Shabbat Gathering via OneTable from various locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area that are being hosted on Friday, April 28 and which include the Israel 75 logo on their registration pages.

Host a Private Shabbat Gathering
