Come explore the magnificent world of Middle Eastern spices and herbs with Israeli Chef Yaniv Cohen, The Spice Detective.  Winner of the Netflix cooking show “The Best Leftovers Ever!” and owner of Miami’s beloved Israeli restaurant, JAFFA, Chef Cohen will share his culinary journey from Israel to Miami and how he became obsessed with spices, their flavors, aromas, colors and medicinal properties.

Each guest will have their own sensory experience exploring 6 middle eastern spices and their flavors, aroma, taste and texture. Light Israeli fare, wine and dessert will be served.
